Wiki

What you can know before you play: who you can be and how the world treats you. Where things are and what waits there is yours to find.

The start

Every character is born a Neophytos, on an island, with no vocation. At level 10 they choose one of the four, and the choice is for good.

The vocations

Each vocation grows its own way with every level, recovers at its own pace and wields its own weapons.

The paths

At level 150 each vocation may take one of two paths. A path keeps everything of its vocation and adds more: it grows more each level, recovers faster, loses less on death and learns skills of its own. How to get there is part of the game.

The levels

Levels run to 250. Each costs more than the one before, always on the same curve. Some milestones:

  • Level 109,300 experience
  • Level 25204,800 experience
  • Level 501,847,300 experience
  • Level 756,489,800 experience

  • Level 200129,389,800 experience
  • Level 250254,237,300 experience

Life and death

Recovery. Health and mana come back on their own, faster on a full stomach and away from a fight.

Death. Dying costs some experience and skill, never more than a level at once, and the body stays where it fell with part of what you carried.

Blessings. At the temples you can ask for the gods' protection. Each blessing takes 16% off what the next death costs, and is spent on it.

Auto hunt. You can leave your character hunting nearby on its own, eating, drinking potions and gathering what fits in the bag, within rules you set.

This page says nothing about places, creatures, quests or what anything drops. That is the game.
